Cancellation & Refund Policy (aimarkex)
Because aimarkex delivers digital services (strategy, campaign setup, optimization, content, design, development, reporting) that require time, tools, and dedicated capacity, our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:
1) Cancellation by Client (Monthly Retainers)
- You may cancel a monthly retainer by giving 30 days written notice to info@aimarkex.com (or your official support email).
- Work continues during the notice period unless both parties agree to pause or end sooner in writing.
- If you cancel after work has started for a billing cycle, fees for that cycle remain payable (or will be prorated only if your Order specifically allows proration).
2) Cancellation by Client (One-Time Projects)
- For one-time services (e.g., website development, SEO audit, content package, setup projects), cancellation is allowed, but:
- You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-cancellable third-party costs already incurred.
- Any remaining unpaid balance becomes due immediately upon cancellation.
3) Non-Refundable Items
Unless stated otherwise in your Order, the following are non-refundable:
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, audit fees, strategy workshops
- Any completed deliverables (content, designs, landing pages, creatives, reports)
- Any time already spent by our team (including research, planning, implementation, optimization)
- Reserved production capacity (when we’ve blocked team time specifically for your project)
4) Advertising Spend & Third-Party Charges
- Ad spend is never refundable by aimarkex, because it is paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) under their billing policies.
- Third-party tools, subscriptions, plugins, themes, hosting, email platforms, and software licenses are also subject to the third party’s refund rules.
- If you ask us to purchase tools on your behalf, those charges are still payable even if you cancel.
5) Pausing Services (Hold Policy)
If you want to pause services instead of canceling:
- You must request the pause in writing.
- We may apply a project hold fee (if stated in your Order) to reserve capacity and keep your account active.
- Timelines will be adjusted after the pause, and we cannot guarantee immediate resumption if the pause is long (because team scheduling may change).
6) Refund Eligibility (If Any)
Refunds are only considered if:
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake, or
- A refund is explicitly included in your signed Order, or
- We fail to deliver a clearly defined paid deliverable due solely to our fault and we cannot reasonably correct it.
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
- Processing typically takes 7–10 business days (bank timing may vary).
7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before filing a chargeback, you agree to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Unapproved chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate pause of services
- Suspension of deliverables and account access until resolved
8) How to Request Cancellation
